How it works

  1. Choose an affirmation and widget style in Shine.
  2. Open the lock screen preview tool to see a live mockup.
  3. Toggle between light and dark mode previews.
  4. Adjust font size, color, and widget position on the mock screen.
  5. Tap apply to push the widget to your actual iPhone lock screen.

Does the preview match my actual iPhone lock screen?

Shine simulates iOS lock screen layout including clock placement, notification stack, and Dynamic Island on supported models.

Can I preview multiple widgets at once?

Yes. Stack up to three Shine widget previews to see how affirmations look alongside your clock and notifications.

Do I need the Shine app installed to apply widgets?

Yes. The preview tool works in the browser, but applying widgets requires the Shine iOS app with widget extension enabled.
