Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Abs Rank, operated by Membri ("we," "us," or "our"). Abs Rank is a core workout app with live timers, configurable reps and sets, and session history with progress charts. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Abs Rank includes:

• Configurable reps, sets, and rest between sets
• Live workout timer with countdown, pause, resume, and skip
• Session history with charts for work, rest, and overhead time
• Onboarding and settings for sound, haptics, and display preferences

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or experimental features may be less reliable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Abs Rank, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, prompts, recipes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service. You must not upload content that violates laws, infringes rights, or harms others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Outputs from AI features (recipes, roasts, quotes, suggestions) are provided for informational or entertainment purposes. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Abs Rank may offer free and paid features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Refunds follow Apple's policies. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Harass others or impersonate any person
• Circumvent paywalls or usage limits

8. Disclaimer

Abs Rank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Membri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Abs Rank.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last updated" date above.
